Was ist ein Phasenanschnitt-Thyristor?
Ein Thyristor, auch als Siliziumgesteuerter Gleichrichter (SCR) bekannt, ist ein unidirektionales Halbleiterbauelement aus Silizium. Grundsätzlich ist ein Thyristor oder SCR eine vierschichtige Silizium-Halbleiterstruktur vom p-n-p-n-Typ.
Tatsächlich ist SCR (Siliziumgesteuerter Gleichrichter ) ein Handelsname, der dem Thyristor von der General Electric Company gegeben wurde.
Der Thyristor fungiert als Schalter (oder Latch), leitet, wenn das Gate einen Stromtrigger empfängt, und leitet weiter, bis die Spannung am Gerät umgekehrt oder die Spannung entfernt wird. In einem Thyristor mit drei Anschlüssen steuert ein kleiner Strom an seiner Gate-Leitung den größeren Strom des Anoden-zu-Kathoden-Pfades.
Phasenanschnitt-Thyristoren werden typischerweise in elektrischen Geräten mit Phasenanschnitt verwendet, um die Ausgangsspannung zu ändern oder die Stromversorgung ein- oder auszuschalten, wobei sie bei niedrigen Frequenzen arbeiten (meistens nahe der Wechselstromnetzfrequenz).
Thyristoren haben im leitenden Zustand sehr geringe Verluste, was sie zu attraktiven Geräten zur effizienten Steuerung sehr hoher Ströme und Energien macht.
Alle auf dieser Seite vorgestellten Scheibenthyristoren haben ein standardmäßiges Press-Pack-Keramikgehäuse. Sie werden mit relativ hoher Kraft in Kühlkörper gepresst, die auch als elektrische Kontakte zu den Thyristoranschlüssen dienen.
Der Nennstrom in Durchlassrichtung ITAV reicht von 100A bis 15000A, und der Bereich der Rückwertesssperrspannung VRRM reicht von 100V bis 9000V.
Bei Phasenanschnittthyristoren sind im Gegensatz zu schnellen Thyristoren oder schnell schaltenden Thyristoren die Einschaltzeit und die Ausschaltzeit nicht genormt.
Heute sind Phasensteuerungs-Thyristoren eine Schlüsselkomponente in Hochleistungsgleichrichtern, Saftstartern, Stromversorgungen, phasengesteuerter Gleichrichtung, Hochleistungsumkehr, AC- und DC-Motorsteuerung, AC/DC-Schaltung, Power-Quality-Systemen, unter anderem Andere. Es ist die erste Wahl bei Hochleistungsanwendungen, bei denen höchste Leistung, Zuverlässigkeit und geringe Leitungsverluste erforderlich sind.

Phasensteuerungs-Thyristoren Dynex Semiconductor
Die Dynex-Phasensteuerungs-Thyristoren der DCR-Serie reichen von 1200 V für Haushaltsstromversorgungen bis 8500V für Mittelspannungsanwendungen. Nennstrom von 370A bis 6600A. Die hohe Überlastfähigkeit stellt sicher, dass die Thyristoren für Sicherungslose Anwendungen geeignet sind. Beim Betrieb bei Netzfrequenzen mit geringen Schaltverlusten erhöhen die geringen Leitungsverluste von Phasensteuerungs-Thyristoren die Systemeffizienz.

Luftgekühlte und wassergekühlte Kühlkörper für Scheibenthyristoren
Der Betrieb von Halbleiterbauelementen bei hohen Strömen und hohen Sperrspannungen geht mit einer hohen Leistung im p-n-Übergang des Siliziumchips einher.
Luft- und Wasserkühlkörper werden zur Kühlung von Leistung-SCR-Thyristoren verwendet.
Der Kühlkörper ist durch den Wert der Verlustleistung und die Fläche der Kühlfläche gekennzeichnet und wird anhand der erforderlichen Wärmeabfuhr bei der Betriebsleistung des Thyristoren ausgewählt.
Bei Scheibenthyristoren ist die notwendige Kompression der Presskontakte nur dann gegeben, wenn sie mit Kühlkörpern bestückt sind.
Um die elektrischen Verluste gering und die Wärmeabfuhr maximal zu halten, muss bei der Montage die notwendige Klemmkraft Fm aufgebracht werden.
Der Wertebereich der Axialkraft auf den Thyristor Fm, d. h. die Druckkraft des Thyristoren, liegt zwischen 10 und 100 kN je nach Gehäusedurchmesser (Gehäusetyp) und ist im Datenblatt angegeben.
Kühlkörper werden für Scheibenhalbleiter (Tablettentyp) mit einem Kontaktflächendurchmesser von Ø19 mm bis Ø100 mm verwendet.

Installationsempfehlungen für Leistungsscheiben-Thyristoren
Die Zuverlässigkeit der Wärmeübertragung und des elektrischen Kontakts zwischen den Kontaktflächen des Thyristoren und des Kühlers über den gesamten Temperaturbereich wird durch ein entsprechendes Drehmoment (Klemmkraft) gewährleistet.
Vor der Montage sollten Sie eine Sichtprüfung (1) der Kontaktflächen auf mechanische Beschädigungen durchführen und mit Alkohol (Toluol, Benzin, Aceton) getränkt abwischen (2).
Befestigen Sie nach der Inspektion die Stromkontakte (Leitungen) und installieren Sie einen Stift, um die Ausrichtung der Struktur zu fixieren.
Um die Parameter der Wärmeübertragung zu verbessern, wird empfohlen, vor der Montage eine dünne Schicht Silikon-Wärmeleitpaste zu schmieren (3), was keine zwingende Voraussetzung für die Installation ist.
Den Thyristor (3), den zweiten Teil des Kühlers, den Glasfaserisolator und die Anlaufscheibe einbauen.
Traverse einfädeln und Muttern gleichmäßig anziehen (4). Auf Fluchtungsfehler und Ebenheit der Kontaktflächen achten.
Wenn die Teile ausreichend eingespannt, aber beweglich sind, empfehlen wir, den Kühler auf eine ebene Fläche zu stellen und die Toleranz auf Parallelität der gesamten angrenzenden Ebene der Flächen zu überprüfen (5).
Spannen Sie jede Mutter der Reihe nach (ca. eine Vierteldrehung) bis zum Anschlag (6). Die Auslenkung der Traverse bestimmt, ob die erreichte Spannkraft der erforderlichen entspricht.
Nach der Montage sind die Befestigungselemente (Muttern und Unterlegscheiben) zusätzlich gegen Korrosion zu sichern.
Tipps und Empfehlungen für Leistungsthyristoren:
Die Leistungsthyristoren sollten nicht für alle Parameter dauerhaft an ihrer Grenzlast betrieben werden. Der Sicherheitsfaktor wird dabei durch die geforderte Zuverlässigkeit des Gerätes bestimmt.
Ersetzen Sie einen ausgefallenen Leistungsthyristor durch einen Thyristor, der den Parametern des zu ersetzenden entspricht.
Beim Betrieb in einer Umgebung mit erhöhter Umgebungstemperatur muss eine Unterkühlung vorgesehen werden.
Es wird empfohlen, Leistungsthyristoren und Kühler regelmäßig von Staub und Verunreinigungen zu reinigen, um eine ordnungsgemäße Wärmeableitung sicherzustellen.
Induktive Stromteiler (häufig verdrillter Ringdraht) sollten verwendet werden, um Ströme zwischen parallel geschalteten Leistungsthyristoren auszugleichen. Die beliebtesten Anschlussmethoden sind geschlossener Stromkreis, gemeinsamer Spulenstromkreis oder Leistungsthyristor. Der Wirkungsgrad von Stromteilern wird dabei durch den Querschnitt des Magnetdrahtes bestimmt.
Die Vermeidung von Spannungsasymmetrien bei Reihenschaltung von Leistungsthyristoren wird durch die Verwendung von Shunt-Widerständen erreicht, die parallel zu jedem Thyristor geschaltet sind. Ein Spannungsausgleich unter transienten Bedingungen wird bereitgestellt, indem Kondensatoren parallel zu jedem Thyristor geschaltet werden.
Das Berühren von unter Hochspannung stehenden Leistungsthyristoren während des Betriebs ist strengstens verboten.
