Was ist ein Thyristor SCR-Modul?
Thyristormodule sind im Grunde hybride integrierte Geräte, die normalerweise zwei oder ein Halbleiterelement (Leistungsthyristor) in einem modularen Aufbau enthalten.
Die Hauptfunktion eines Thyristormoduls besteht darin, elektrische Leistung und Strom zu steuern, indem es als Schalter fungiert. Leistungsthyristormodule werden in Gleich- und Wechselstromkreisen mit Lasten von 20A bis 1250A und Spannungen bis 6500V eingesetzt.
Leistungsthyristormodule werden in Standard-Industriegehäusegrößen gefertigt, was die Austauschbarkeit von Modulen verschiedener Hersteller vereinfacht und eine einfache Integration des Geräts in bestehende Anlagen ermöglicht.
Leistungsstarke Module werden mit drei verschiedenen internen Bauteildesigns präsentiert: gelöteter Aufbau (soldered construction) – der Kontakt wird durch Lötschichten hergestellt; gebondeter Aufbau (bonded construction) – die Verbindung zwischen oberer Elektrode der Chips und DBCs wird durch Bonddrähte realisiert; Druckkontaktaufbau (pressure contact construction) – der Kontakt wird durch Druck hergestellt, lötfreie Montage.
Bei Geräten mit modularem Aufbau sind die inneren Elemente von ihrer Metallbasis elektrisch isoliert, was es ermöglicht, mehrere Geräte auf einem einzigen Kühlkörper zu platzieren und kompakte Baugruppen zu schaffen.
Module sind in mehreren Dual- und Single-Device-Topologien für fast alle Phasensteuerungs- oder Gleichrichteranwendungen erhältlich. Topologie der internen Verbindungen:

Einzelner Thyristor (Single thyristor) |
Das Thyristormodul schaltet durch Anlegen eines Impulsstroms an einen Gate-Strom ein. Da es sich jedoch um einen Halbleiter vom Latch-Typ handelt, schaltet der Thyristor nur ein, wenn ein Dauerstrom (Haltestrom) einen eingestellten Pegel erreicht.
Zum Abschalten im Gleichstromkreis muss der Gate-Strom unter den Haltestrom abgesenkt oder über eine Kommutierungsschaltung Sperrspannung angelegt werden. In einem Wechselstromkreis muss der Pulsstrom immer dann auf den Gate-Strom gelegt werden, wenn dieser positiv ist, da der Gate-Strom den Haltestrom unterschreitet und der Thyristor abschaltet, wenn der Strom wechselt.
Thyristormodule werden in verschiedenen Energieanlagen eingesetzt – Leistungs- und Steuereinheiten, Leistungsregler, AC-Regler, Wechselrichter, Motorstarter und -steuerungen, Temperaturregler von Hochöfen oder chemischen Prozessen, Schweißgeräten sowie Niederspannungen - Softstartern und Allzweckstrom Lieferungen.

Thyristor Module SKKT-Serie Semikron
Thyristor Module SKKT-Serie Semikron sind monolithische Bauformen mit dualer Topologie von Halbleiterthyristoren (Thyristor-Thyristor-Typ). Wird in Gleich- und Wechselstromkreisen mit Lasten von 20A bis 570A und Gegenimpulsspannungen bis zu 2200V.
Thyristor module SKKT sind in einem Standard-Industriegehäuse vom Typ SEMIPACK untergebracht. Elektrischer Schaltplan der Module SKKT – Halbbrücke (half bridge) (gemeinsame Anode-Kathode).

Thyristor Module AMKT-Serie AS ENERGITM sind ein Ersatz, ein komplettes Analog, eine Alternative für Thyristormodule SKKT Semikron. Wird in Gleich- und Wechselstromkreisen mit Lasten bis 570A und Gegenimpulsspannungen bis 2200V verwendet.
Dual-Thyristor-Module AMKT sind in einem industrietauglichen Gehäuse untergebracht, wodurch das Gerät einfach in bestehende Anlagen integriert werden kann. Elektrischer Schaltplan der Module AMKT – Halbbrücke (half bridge) (gemeinsame Anode-Kathode).

Thyristor Module Serie MT3, MT4, MT5 series AS ENERGITM
Leistungs-Thyristor Module Serie MT3, MT4, MT5 AS ENERGITM sind monolithische Bauformen mit zwei Halbleiterthyristoren (Typ Thyristor-Thyristor). Module für Gleich- und Wechselstromkreise mit Lasten von 115A bis 1250A und Gegenimpulsspannungen bis 6500V.
Die Module mit zwei Positionen haben unterschiedliche Schaltkreise: MT3 – Halbbrücke (half-bridge) (gemeinsame Anode-Kathode); MT4 – gemeinsame Kathodenschaltung (common cathode); MT5 – gemeinsamer Anodenkreis (common anode).
Hohe Energie-Thermo Zyklen Festigkeit und zuverlässiger Betrieb von Niederfrequenz -Thyristormodulen MT3, MT4, MT5 beim Schalten hoher Ströme wird aufgrund ihrer Konstruktionsmerkmale und stabilen Parameter galvanische Trennung erreicht.

Thyristor Module MTC-Serie AS ENERGITM
Leistungs -Thyristormodule der MTC-, MTK-, MTA-Serie AS ENERGITM sind in einem Industriestandardgehäuse mit dualer Halbleitertopologie (zwei Schalter) untergebracht: Thyristor-Thyristor-Typ. Wird in Gleich- und Wechselstromkreisen mit Lasten bis 1200A und Gegenimpulsspannungen bis 3600V verwendet. Die Thyristormodule zeichnen sich durch eine hohe elektrische und thermische Zyklenfestigkeit aus, was eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit und lange Lebensdauer in intensiven Betriebsmodi bedeutet.
Thyristormodule haben verschiedene Schaltkreise (elektrische Schaltpläne): МТC – Halbbrücke (half-bridge) (gemeinsame Anode-Kathode); МТK – gemeinsame Kathode (common cathode); МТA – gemeinsame Anode (common anode).
Ebenfalls in der Produktlinie der Thyristormodule sind wassergekühlte Module – gekennzeichnet mit dem Symbol W.

Thyristor Module TT-Serie Infineon Technologies werden in hochzuverlässiger Druckkontakt- und Lötverbindungstechnologie entwickelt und montiert, die spezifischen Anforderungen kosten- und leistungsoptimierter Anwendungen erfüllt.
Die Leistung thyristormodule sind in einem Strombereich von 55A bis 820A und Spannungen von 1200V bis 3800V. erhältlich. Elektrischer Schaltplan der Thyristormodule Infineon – Halbbrücke (half bridge) (gemeinsame Anode-Kathode).

Thyristor Module der VS-VSKT-Serie von Vishay Semiconductors
Thyristor Module VS-VSKT-Serie von Vishay Semiconductoren sind monolithische Designs mit dualer oder einfacher Halbleitertopologie (Thyristor-Thyristor und Einfach-Thyristor-Typ). Wird in Gleich- und Wechselstromkreisen mit Lasten von 27A bis 500A und Gegenimpulsspannungen von 400V bis 2000V verwendet.
Die Module haben unterschiedliche elektrische Anschlussschemata: Halbbrücke (half-bridge) (gemeinsame Anode-Kathode), gemeinsame Kathode (common cathode), gemeinsame Anode (common anode), Einzelthyristor (single thyristor).

Empfehlungen für die Montage von Leistungsmodulen
Kühlkörper und Oberflächenspezifikationen, Vorbereitung
Um einen guten thermischen Kontakt zu gewährleisten und die in den Datenblättern angegebenen thermischen Übergangswiderstände zu erhalten, muss die Kontaktfläche des Kühlkörpers sauber und frei von Staubpartikeln sein. Es ist sinnvoll, die Montagefläche des Kühlkörpers mit Tüchern und einem Alkoholreiniger, z. Isopropanol, direkt vor dem Montageprozess. Folgende mechanische Vorgaben müssen eingehalten werden:
– Unebenheit der Kühlkörperbefestigungsfläche muss ≤ 50μm pro 100 mm sein
– Rauheit Rz: < 10 μm
– Keine Stufen > 10 μm

Auftragen von Wärmeleitpaste
Es wird empfohlen, Schablonendruck zu verwenden, um Wärmeleitpaste aufzutragen. Es wird empfohlen, eine Dicke der Wärmeleitpaste im Bereich von 50 μm bis 100 μm zu verwenden. Das Auftragen von Wärmeleitpaste mittels Rolle ist für die Massenproduktion nicht zu empfehlen, da eine reproduzierbare optimierte Wärmeleitpasten dicke nicht gewährleistet werden kann.
Anzugsdrehmoment am Kühlkörper MS
Zur Befestigung von Leistungsmodulen wird die Verwendung von Stahlschrauben in Kombination mit geeigneten Unterlegscheiben und Federringen oder Kombischrauben dringend empfohlen. Der im Datenblatt angegebene Drehmoment wert ist einzuhalten.
Ein Vorn Anzugsdrehmoment und ein Nachziehen mit dem angegebenen Drehmoment wert wird empfohlen. Für den Schraubvorgang muss die Drehzahl begrenzt werden und ein sanftes Drehmoment begrenzen wird empfohlen, um Drehmoment spitzen zu vermeiden, die bei Druckluftschraubern auftreten können.
